Urban gardening is now possible even if you are living in the Metro. You can plant by land, or by water through Hydroponics setup. Hydroponics is a form of gardening that uses no soil, but instead grows plants in a solution of water and nutrients. It can grow plants and vegetables faster and usually yield more, require less space, and more conserve soil and water.

But some still go to traditional gardening through the soil. Corn, lemon, and tomato are some of the plants you can plant.

Maintenance

Hydroponics gardening is cost-efficient. No need to water the plants every day because it has a water system inside the setup. You just need to check the sprouts if there is a need for adjustment. Some use moringa leaves and eggshells to cultivate the soil.

In times like these, we need to plant vegetables to lessen the expenses and save more in case of an emergency. Planting is also beneficial to our health. We will able to eat fresh and organic foods.

So if you have anxiety and depression symptoms, shift your attention into gardening.

You can plant fruits, vegetables, and plants as natural ornamentals. Itanimo offers a pencil that grows. Just plant the remaining part of the pencil where the seeds are, water them and grow it.

Life is too short to be wasted. Don't let the darkness eat your soul.

Happy gardening!
